Elements Challenge

This Challenge is to take the image of the week, rework it with Elements¹, then send it to me and it will be posted. Artistic interpretation is the challenge.

The Challenge is posted on Thursday evening and the first images will go online on Friday around 7:00 est and is active for one week. The images will then stay up for another week in the past gallery.

¹ Although you may use any software of your choosing.

Images should be no larger than 800 pixels in the longest direction and should not exceed 100 K in file size. This rule will be flexible until the popularity of the Challenge starts to tax the server. *If you want to help name your file in the following manner. The first number is the challenge number followed by your name as you would like to see it in the challenge and then the number of you entry. " So 13GrantDixon2.jpg will be the second entry by Grant Dixon in the 13th Challenge."

PhotoChallenge

This Challenge is to take a photograph of the week's recommended subject, rework should be kept to the standard photographic tools, crop burn dodge etc., then send it to me and it will be posted. Photographic interpretation is what this challenge is about.

The Challenge is posted on Thursday evening and the first images will go online on Friday around 7:00 est and is active for two week. The images will then stay up for another two week in the past gallery.

Images will be reduced to 800 pixels in the longest direction and size should not exceed 100 K in file size. *If you want to help name your file in the following manner. The first number is the challenge number followed by your name as you would like to see it in the challenge and then the number of you entry. " So 3GrantDixon2.jpg will be the second entry by Grant Dixon in the 3rd Challenge."
