Please note: Elements must not be running at the point of installation. If it is, Elements will not pick up the changes and you will just be wasting some of your precious time.

Extract the files into your Elements "Preview\Effects" Directory. No need to create the directory they are stored in as this is included in the Zip ile. Typically: for PC note the yellow highlight on the image below.

You should end up with a file structure resembling this:

Now you will have to go into two directories, "Effects Cache" and "Filter Cache" and erase three files in each of those directories

There are six files to be erased in two different directories. The files are "CatagoryCache.che", "ListCache.che" and "ThumbNailCache.che" Have no fear -- these files will be regenerated once you restart Elements.

Once all this is done it is time to start Elements and use your new tools.

The tools will be found on the Styles and Effects Pallette in PSE 3 or the Effects Pallette in earlier versions of Ellements. The accompanying image shows a typical location for the tools.
