I found The Totem (the re-released hardcover) to be pretty boring.

Has anyone seen this yet? The list is impressive. It's more of a "50
great horror books that you probably haven't read" list. I'm saying
that mostly b/c I don't even think that there is any Stephen King books
in it.
David Morrell's THE TOTEM was in it, which got me excited cause it's in
my TBR pile.
The Wasp Factory and Song of Kali were both metioned, which gives the
list some credit.
