Oh god.  What a sick, sick book!!  Very good for an extreme horror book.  
However, my favorites are still SURVIVOR by JF Gonzalez and SUFFER THE FLESH 
by Monica O'Rourke.

Now reading the 30 Days of Night graphic novel.
